Does this apply to all Shopee sites (ID/MY/VN/TH/BR)?

Yes — the calculation is identical. Pull commission and shipping fee per site for accurate results.

How do I model SIP listings?

SIP redistributes you into other markets. Use the master site fee structure but lift commission slightly to reflect cross-listing service.

Why is shipping share so high?

Shopee SEA AOV is low — a $2 cross-border fee on a $10 order is already 20% of price. Bundling and weight optimization are essential.

Are voucher subsidies covered by Shopee?

Some are platform-funded, some seller-funded. Only the seller-funded portion belongs in Other Variable Cost.

Currency conversion?

We work in USD for portability. Convert back using your platform's daily FX when settling.

Where do return shipping costs go?

Fold them into Return Rate's effective loss assumption, or add a separate fixed line in Other Variable Cost.
